The Sangiovese grape, as well
as all the greatest grape varieties, is very sensitive to the
territory where it grows and can express in its infinite variations
all the differences in micro-climate, soil components, sun
and light which receives from dawn to sunset.
Our Brunello is the most
honest expression of the vine-rows grown in this area.
It has the typical aroma coming from our soil and sun and
from our slow maturations. Our target is primarily to make
a wine which is the natural mark of this territory. We
do not want external agents to interfere with our wine.
The yeasts we use during the fermentation are those obtained
from our grapes.
It is fundamental for us to have perfect hygienic conditions
and cleanliness in the cellar as well as an excellent condition
of the oak barrels.

Our Brunello needs long years
of maturation in the barrels in order to allow all the
aromas and the other organoleptic components of the Sangiovese
to expand and evolve in the most natural and harmonious
way and to ultimately reveal all its original and unique
characteristics. Hence, the most important is to employ
new and perfect wood barrels.
The bottling machine is of great quality and it also have
an azote injection device.
The stocking area is temperature controlled and the bottles
lay in special cages imported from Spain which allow practical
and easy shift of positions. |
